Marketing Automation Specialist

Epic Staffing Group is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to develop and execute automated email and SMS campaigns to nurture, engage, and convert candidate and client audiences. The role involves overseeing the design of multi-step workflows and reactivation journeys, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution across marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing automation campaign management.
• Strong understanding of email and SMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent).
• Experience implementing UTM tracking, tagging, and attribution within campaign workflows.
• Knowledge of CRM/ATS data flow and reporting alignment for campaign performance measurement.
• Experience with dynamic content, segmentation, and audience personalization.
• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms preferred.
