We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to strengthen marketing systems, data accuracy, and campaign execution. This role is responsible for managing CRM data, building prospect lists, supporting campaigns, and improving marketing workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM data management, segmentation, reporting)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
- Highly process-driven with the ability to document and follow workflows
- Comfortable working remote during CST hours
