Our client is looking for a Marketing Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships, drive strategic conversations, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys translating data into strategy, building long-term partnerships, and keeping projects aligned with business goals. The Marketing Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency, clarity, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts from onboarding through ongoing campaign management

  • Facilitate recurring strategy meetings, performance reviews, and status updates

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure alignment with client objectives

  • Analyze marketing performance data and collaborate with specialists to refine strategy

  • Educate clients on digital marketing channels including SEO and paid media

  • Identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges before they escalate

  • Maintain high client retention standards and strong satisfaction scores

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles

  • At least 1 year of experience within a digital marketing agency environment

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and PPC campaigns

  • Ability to independently extract and interpret performance data

  • Experience presenting KPIs and strategic insights to stakeholders

  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta reporting tools

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager

  • Clear understanding of SEO best practices and paid advertising fundamentals

  • Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify

  • Experience supporting home services clients such as HVAC, plumbing, or remodeling companies is preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities

  • Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely

  • Curious mindset with a natural ability to ask thoughtful questions
