As a Marine Technician at Bridge Marina Inc, you will collaborate closely with our established team of technicians and service staff to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of marine vessels and equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair marine engines, systems, and related watercraft components
• Work alongside fellow Marine Technicians and the service department to complete jobs accurately and on schedule
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal preparation on customer vessels
• Document work performed and communicate findings clearly to service staff and customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with marina standards

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with engines, electrical, or marine systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative service team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to participate in ongoing training and development
• Comfortable working on-site at our Lake Hopatcong location
