About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technician - Level 2 at Northrop Grumman in Devens, Middlesex County, you will play a key part in fabricating, assembling, and testing components used in some of the most innovative systems in the industry. Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, fabrication, and testing tasks in line with established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely to complete production work accurately.
• Read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect components and finished work to confirm they meet specification and quality requirements.
• Document production activity and maintain accurate records throughout the build process.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and fellow technicians to keep production moving smoothly.
• Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment that follows all company and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly setting at an intermediate (Level 2) capacity.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents, schematics, and work orders.
• Comfortable using measuring instruments, hand tools, and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and workplace safety.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• This position is based on-site in Devens and does not offer remote work. No security clearance, relocation assistance, or travel is required to start.
