About the Role

As a Manufacturing Line Machine Operator, you'll own the day-to-day operation of production equipment from shift start to shift end. What You'll Do

• Set up machinery at the beginning of each shift according to standard operating procedures
• Start, monitor, and adjust equipment throughout the production run to maintain output quality and speed
• Conduct in-process quality inspections and remove nonconforming product before it advances down the line
• Perform routine cleaning, basic lubrication, and minor adjustments to keep equipment running smoothly
• Identify and promptly communicate mechanical issues or process deviations to supervisors or maintenance
• Record production counts, downtime events, and quality data accurately
• Execute proper shutdown procedures and leave your work area clean and organized for the next shift
• Follow all workplace safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout protocols without exception

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is preferred
• Ability to read and apply written SOPs, work orders, and quality standards
• Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail — you notice when something is off before it becomes a problem
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a full shift
• Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
• High school diploma or GED required
