Frontage Laboratories is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager, BGC Operations in Exton, Chester County, Pennsylvania — a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity to help advance the next generation of biologics, cell, and gene therapy programs at a globally recognized contract research organization.

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee Biologics, Cell, and Gene Therapy (BCGT) Operations from our Exton, PA facility. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will guide day-to-day laboratory activities, support scientific delivery for client programs, and contribute to the continued growth of Frontage Laboratories' specialized therapeutic capabilities. The title and level offered will reflect your experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operational workflows across biologics, cell therapy, and gene therapy projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure studies are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and established quality systems.
• Support client communication and help deliver dependable scientific outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant scientific background in biologics, cell therapy, gene therapy, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven operational or laboratory management experience appropriate to a Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize teams and prioritize competing demands.
• Familiarity with a regulated CRO or laboratory environment and applicable quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced research setting.
