Role Overview In this Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering position at Tract-capital, you will set direction for OSP design, documentation, and construction support across projects based in the Seattle, WA area. You will coach engineers, protect design integrity, and keep stakeholder hand-offs clear from planning through field execution so outside plant work stays accurate, buildable, and on schedule.
