SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. We invite you to be part of the solution! As the Manager of the GTM AI Engineering team, you will lead a specialized unit dedicated to building, configuring, and managing AI automations and intelligent agents.
Requirements
- Technical Leadership – 5+ years in management of technical teams, specifically focused on automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.
- AI Expertise – Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents within a business context.
- GTM Knowledge – Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and how they integrate with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to turn a strategic blueprint into a functional technical architecture. Consulting background is a strong plus.
