Bosch Group is seeking a Manager, Federal Government Affairs to lead federal government relations initiatives in a remote position. In this full-time role, you'll shape policy outcomes and build strategic relationships with key federal decision-makers and stakeholders supporting our Washington, DC government affairs operations. What This Role Involves As our Manager of Federal Government Affairs, you'll own the strategy and execution of Bosch Group's federal government relations program. You'll serve as the primary liaison between our organization and Congress, federal agencies, and the executive branch. Your work will directly influence how regulatory and legislative developments impact our business operations, market position, and industry standing. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Monitor federal legislation, regulations, and agency actions relevant to Bosch Group's business lines and prepare timely analysis for leadership Build and maintain relationships with Congressional offices, federal agencies, and industry associations in the Washington, DC area Develop and execute advocacy campaigns and policy positions on key issues affecting the company Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Bosch Group to align government affairs strategy with corporate objectives Represent Bosch Group at industry forums, policy roundtables, and government stakeholder meetings Track regulatory compliance requirements and advise internal teams on policy implications Prepare briefings, talking points, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership on federal policy matters Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of professional government relations, public affairs, or legislative affairs experience Proven track record of successfully influencing federal policy outcomes and building Capitol Hill relationships Deep knowledge of the federal legislative and regulatory processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex policy into clear business recommendations Strategic thinking and project management abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple departments Bachelor's degree in political science, business, public policy, law, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) More About Bosch Group Bosch Group is a global leader in technology and services, serving customers worldwide across automotive, industrial, energy, and consumer goods sectors.
