Working across business lanes, you ensure every AI request is clearly scoped, mapped to enterprise priorities, and directed toward the right pathway for safe, sustainable evaluation and delivery. This is not an engineering or build role; instead, it calls for fluency in AI operations so you can connect stakeholders with the right specialists and help leaders decide when and how to apply AI responsibly. Key Responsibilities Lead structured intake discussions that turn business challenges into consistent, clearly framed opportunity statements. Guide evaluation across Enable, Augment, and Transform pathways, clarifying tradeoffs in complexity, maturity, and coordination. Prioritize work by articulating value drivers, dependencies, and cross-team possibilities. Align AI demand with internal and external delivery teams so scope and capacity are mutually understood. Define target outcomes and success measures, including KPIs and ROI. Keep opportunities anchored to enterprise strategy themes and Responsible AI governance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science) or in Business, Strategy, or Data Analytics. 6+ years in business consulting, business analysis, product strategy, or transformation. Experience delivering production-grade AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. Skill in structuring ambiguous problems and collaborating with senior leadership across business and technology. Experience overseeing teams and managing third-party partners and vendors. AIGP certification and recent GenAI or Agentic AI credentials preferred; financial services or regulated-industry background is a plus.
