Mercor is seeking a Management Consultant – AI Trainer to join their team. The role involves structuring ambiguous business problems, building financial models, and leading client conversations.
Requirements
- 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy arms, or comparable tier-1 boutiques)
- Strong command of at least one of: corporate strategy, operations/performance improvement, corporate finance, commercial due diligence, or go-to-market strategy
- Excellent structured problem-solving, financial modeling in Excel, and executive communication
- Comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
