Robots & Pencils is hiring a full-time Managed Services Delivery Manager in Colombia to own the ongoing, in-production success of our enterprise AI engagements. (Please note: only candidates based in Colombia or Brazil will be considered for this position.) About the Role As Managed Services Delivery Manager, you are the steady hand behind one or more managed services engagements at Robots & Pencils — keeping AI co-workers and their surrounding systems live, healthy, and meeting every service-level commitment long after launch. You bring the discipline to run a predictable service, the judgment to weigh everyday trade-offs, and the ownership to keep delivery on track. This is where our promise of production-ready AI in 30 to 45 days becomes real plans, sprint rhythms, and shipped work. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of one or more managed services engagements, consistently hitting SLAs and quality targets Run the operating cadence — intake, prioritization, backlog refinement, and recurring delivery — across cross-functional teams Manage releases, enhancements, and change requests on live systems while safeguarding stability and uptime Spot and head off dependencies, risks, escalations, and looming SLA breaches before clients feel them Define, track, and report service KPIs, using data to steer scope, capacity, and budget decisions Oversee incident, problem, and change management within agreed response and resolution windows Serve as the primary delivery contact, leading stakeholder sessions and translating progress and trade-offs for executive audiences Lead onshore and offshore teams, mentor delivery coordinators, and strengthen delivery practices across engagements Apply an AI-forward mindset, using tools like Claude to sharpen planning, reporting, and communication Qualifications 3+ years in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership Solid grounding in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban Track record managing distributed onshore and offshore teams on multi-platform digital systems Strong client-facing communication and exceptional spoken English Hands-on with delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD) and familiarity with cloud-native and AI-enabled platforms Demonstrated use of AI tools like Claude for planning, reporting, and documentation Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred; experience in regulated sectors (utilities, government, finance) is a plus About Robots & Pencils…
