Qualifications:
- Fluency in Malay and English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Proven experience in interpretation, certification in interpretation is a MUST.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
- Cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends (if necessary).
MUST have Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an interpreter.
- Certification or accreditation in interpretation.
