About the Role At Solarient, the Maintenance Technician : Vermont Family. takes ownership of keeping the Los Angeles, California, United States apartment grounds and buildings fully operational. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Apply fresh paint finishes wherever surfaces need refreshing Clean carpets, windows, and appliances to high standards Service appliances along with plumbing and electrical fixtures Repair or swap out worn and defective components Inspect and verify lock functionality Swap burned-out light bulbs promptly Perform scheduled inspections of grounds, structures, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and major equipment Know locations of power, water, and gas shutoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and hydrants, then display clear maps of each Help track inventory of tools, gear, and supplies Carry out routine janitorial tasks Notify the site manager of every required repair Support additional maintenance projects as needed Complete other assignments directed by supervisors What We're Looking For One to three years of prior experience as a maintenance technician Ability to perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance inside units and throughout the property Hands-on knowledge covering electrical work, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting Valid California driver’s license Current proof of automobile insurance Dependable personal transportation Steady dedication to high-quality results and precise attention to detail Outstanding customer-service abilities when interacting with residents and vendors Basic computer proficiency for reviewing and closing work orders HVAC or similar specialty certifications preferred About Solarient Solarient functions as a full-service property-management organization with residential communities spanning California, concentrating on every dimension of multifamily affordable housing since 1993 and fostering a supportive team setting for the Maintenance Technician : Vermont…
