About the Role As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll work under supervision to perform a wide range of building upkeep and repair work across our facilities. Your responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, grounds care, and coordination with other team members to keep our residential communities operating smoothly and safely. The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you'll travel between multiple facilities in Los Angeles County.
