About the Role
Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, reliability, and smooth operation of heavy production machinery and the surrounding facility. This is an hourly, non-exempt position based in Fenton, MO, within the Maintenance department. The advertised pay for this opening is $52,000.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, service, and maintain large production machinery to ensure consistent performance and minimal downtime.
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across facility systems and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs to keep production on schedule.
- Support overall facility upkeep and report directly to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
- Work a standard 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting large production or industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Reliability and the ability to commit to a consistent first-shift, weekday schedule.
