About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician with Caleb Group Inc in Sanford, you will help ensure our apartment communities stay safe, functional, and well presented. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate regularly with property management to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.
- Take initiative on routine inspections and preventive upkeep to minimize larger issues.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, since the role involves frequent coordination with the management team.
- Comfort working hands-on with building systems, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
- Ability to work on-site at our apartment communities in Sanford, York County (this is not a remote position).
