About the Role
As a Maintenance Tech with State Park, you will be the hands-on problem solver who keeps building systems, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas in excellent working order. This is an on-site, full-time position based in the US, ideal for a dependable professional who takes pride in detail-driven, thoughtful upkeep and enjoys being part of a service-focused hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and timely repairs across guest rooms, common areas, and operational spaces.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing guest comfort and minimal disruption.
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to identify wear, safety concerns, and opportunities to improve reliability.
- Keep accurate records of completed work, parts used, and ongoing projects.
- Support a clean, safe, and sustainable property environment in line with State Park standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance or building-repair experience, ideally within hospitality, residential, or commercial settings.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to high service standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and respond calmly to urgent requests.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform the physical demands of an on-site role in the US.
