About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily portfolio, you will serve as a floating leader who supports maintenance operations across communities throughout the Phoenix area. Your core mission is upholding the commitments we make to residents — from seamless, quality move-ins to prompt repairs and the kind of personal attention that builds lasting satisfaction. This is an on-site position based in Maricopa County.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance support across assigned multifamily communities as a floating supervisor.
• Ensure each apartment home is move-in ready and meets our quality standards.
• Respond to service requests accurately and on time, putting resident needs first.
• Deliver attentive, personable service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention.
• Help maintain the safe, well-functioning condition of the properties you support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance, ideally in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Strong general maintenance and repair skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to travel between and float across multiple communities in the Phoenix, Maricopa County region.
• A resident-focused mindset and commitment to timely, high-quality service.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities on site.
