Maintenance Supervisor (Line MX) – Second Shift

Kalitta Air, Llc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Line MX) - Second Shift to lead line maintenance operations at our Oscoda, Iosco County facility. About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor (Line MX) - Second Shift directs and oversees all maintenance activity carried out during the evening shift. You will plan workloads, guide your Leads, and take ownership of the safe, timely completion of every task on your watch while supporting Maintenance Control and Station/Base Maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate and coordinate daily work assignments alongside shift Leads to keep aircraft on schedule.
• Take full responsibility for line maintenance functions performed throughout your second shift.
• Partner with Maintenance Control and the Station/Base Maintenance group to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor task progress, prioritize competing demands, and ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.
• Provide hands-on direction, mentoring, and accountability to maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in aircraft line maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance procedures, documentation, and applicable aviation regulations.
• Proven ability to organize work, delegate effectively, and lead a technical team through a full shift.
• Availability to work the second (evening) shift on a full-time basis in Oscoda, Iosco County.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with Leads, Maintenance Control, and base teams.
