Maintenance Supervisor

Fairmont Management is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Brookhurst, Orange County to direct day-to-day upkeep at an upgraded garden-style apartment community in Anaheim, CA, just minutes from the 91 and 5 freeways.

About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor for Fairmont Management Inc., you will own the maintenance program for a beautifully renovated garden-style residential community. This full-time, on-site position in Brookhurst, Orange County is ideal for a motivated, experienced professional who takes pride in keeping a property safe, functional, and welcoming for every resident.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations across the garden-style apartment community.
• Plan, prioritize, and complete routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain building systems, common areas, grounds, and individual units to a high standard of quality and safety.
• Prepare and turn vacant units to make them market-ready for new residents.
• Manage tools, inventory, and supplies while supporting day-to-day on-site needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in apartment or multifamily property maintenance, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building upkeep.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a varied workload independently.
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent resident service.
• Able to work full-time, on-site at the Anaheim community near the 91 and 5 freeways.
