Your goal is to safeguard reliability and efficiency throughout our manufacturing operations, tackling intricate issues that demand deep technical know-how. Beyond hands-on repairs, you'll serve as a resource and guide for less experienced colleagues, helping raise the overall capability of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out higher-level maintenance and repairs on a range of plant and production machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve complicated mechanical breakdowns to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Plan and perform scheduled preventative maintenance so equipment stays dependable.
• Draw on your understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems when troubleshooting faults.
• Support, coach, and mentor junior maintenance staff as they build their skills.
• Help ensure machinery consistently meets performance and reliability standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Proven, advanced experience in industrial or plant maintenance, consistent with a Level 3 mechanic role.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical systems.

• Hands-on familiarity with preventative maintenance practices.
• Willingness to mentor and pass on expertise to junior team members.
