What You'll Do

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize production downtime
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and utilities in safe, compliant working condition
• Support production operations through hands-on mechanical assistance and equipment setup
• Document maintenance activity and parts usage in accordance with ISO/AS standards
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance improvements and communicate findings to supervisors
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or in a comparable skilled trades role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with ISO and/or AS quality management standards is a strong plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to diagnosing problems
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
