What This Role Involves As Maintenance Manager at Lucid Motors, you'll lead a comprehensive maintenance function across our manufacturing operations. You'll develop and execute strategies that keep production systems running at peak performance, while supporting new program launches, production scaling, and continuous operational improvement.
