Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is hiring a full-time Maintenance Engineer in Stevensville, Queen Anne's County to help keep our waterfront venue running smoothly, safely, and at its best every day.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, you'll play a hands-on part in protecting the condition of our property and grounds. Working closely with the Director of Facilities, you'll help ensure every space remains safe, functional, and ready for guests. This is a full-time position with a variable schedule covering Wednesday through Sunday in Stevensville, Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the daily work plan established by the Director of Facilities.
- Support the Director of Facilities with ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across the property.
- Maintain the overall condition of buildings, equipment, and grounds so they stay safe and fully operational.
- Respond to maintenance needs promptly to keep facilities running without interruption.
- Help uphold a clean, secure, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in facilities, building, or general maintenance work.
- Working knowledge of common repair, mechanical, and upkeep tasks.
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Reliability and the flexibility to work a Wednesday-to-Sunday variable schedule.
- Ability to follow direction from the Director of Facilities and work effectively as part of a team.
