Join Stonebridge Hospitality Associates as a Maintenance Attendant at our Ocean City, Maryland property. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to maintain our facilities and ensure our guests experience a well-kept, comfortable environment every visit.
About the Role
As Maintenance Attendant, you'll be the backbone of our property's operational excellence, reporting directly to our Chief Engineer. You'll work full-time to keep our hospitality facilities running smoothly, from equipment inspections to facility repairs and preventative maintenance that keeps everything functioning at its best.
What You'll Do
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and appliances to prevent breakdowns and extend asset life
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Inspect facilities daily, identifying and addressing potential safety concerns, leaks, damage, or wear
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, storage spaces, and mechanical rooms
- Assist with minor repairs, replacements, and adjustments across the property
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes while performing maintenance tasks
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment service history
- Support the Chief Engineer and maintenance team with special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior maintenance, facilities, or custodial experience in hospitality or commercial settings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot common facility issues
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach to preventative and reactive maintenance
- Ability to work independently and take direction from supervisors
- Physical capability to lift, bend, climb, and work in varied environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on property as needed
