About the Role

As a Maintenance associate with Road Ranger, you'll help ensure that every part of our travel center stays clean, safe, and fully operational for the drivers who count on us. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thorntonville, Ward County, supporting our Monahans, TX team during day shifts. It's a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping facilities in excellent working order.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine upkeep, minor repairs, and general maintenance across the facility
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming conditions throughout the location for guests and staff
• Respond promptly to maintenance needs in a busy, customer-focused environment
• Support fuel, food, and retail operations by keeping equipment and common areas functioning reliably
• Work collaboratively with the team across the 1st shift to keep everything running smoothly
