About the Role

As a Machine Operator at Kelly Services in Henrico, you'll work the 2nd shift on the production floor, operating and monitoring industrial equipment to keep manufacturing output running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and specification compliance
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture on the production floor
• Maintain accurate production logs and communicate output or downtime to supervisors
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S or housekeeping standards

• Prior experience operating production or manufacturing equipment is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
