Lot Associate

Home Depot in Jasper, Dubois County is hiring a full-time Lot Associate to serve as a welcoming, high-visibility presence at the front of our store — the first face customers see and often the last one they remember.

About the Role

As a Lot Associate at our Jasper location, you'll play an essential part in delivering the seamless shopping experience Home Depot is known for. You'll work directly with customers and fellow associates in an active, outdoor-facing environment where no two shifts are exactly alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor and maintain the store entrance to ensure a clean, safe, and organized appearance
• Keep an adequate supply of shopping carts available near the store entrance at all times
• Collaborate with store associates to support a positive customer experience throughout every interaction
• Serve as a point of contact for customers entering and exiting the store

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical capability to push and retrieve carts and assist with loading merchandise
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
