OnTrac is hiring a Loss Prevention Investigator to conduct in-depth investigations into internal theft, fraud, and policy violations, with a strong focus on employee-related shrinkage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investigations, loss prevention, or related field
- Deep understanding of industry principles and terminology
- Working knowledge of standard office software and technologies
- Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company security protocols during investigations
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
