You’ll crush this role if you thrive in this role if you’ve spent time in the world of service of process and litigation support – you know the rhythm of managing a busy job queue, juggling deadlines, and keeping everything moving without dropping the ball. High volume dispatch is your comfort zone, and you’re no stranger to Legal CMS platforms, legal support vendors, and the process server ecosystem.
You have a knack for monitoring SLAs, flagging risks before they become problems, and following up like a pro. Whether you’re coordinating with a process server in the field or communicating updates to a client, you bring clarity and confidence to every interaction. Detail-oriented doesn’t begin to cover it – you actually enjoy the complexity, and you’re the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a well-run, buttoned-up workflow.
