We are seeking an Associate General Counsel for Litigation and Risk to manage litigation and risk associated with insurance and incidents involving employees, independent contractors, and individuals in service across the company. The role is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree (JD) from a nationally accredited law school
- Seven to ten years of litigation experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to identify risk and propose alternative approaches to help mitigate risk
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and management skills
