CWI Insurance Services, Inc. seeks a licensed, self-motivated insurance professional to join our rapidly expanding brokerage team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, entrepreneurial agent passionate about helping clients protect their futures and meet their financial goals. Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop leads and grow your client portfolio by networking, securing referrals, cold calling, and utilizing other innovative marketing strategies.
- Client Needs Assessment: Identify and assess clients’ insurance needs, financial goals, and risk profiles by conducting personalized consultations.
- Carrier Communication: Act as a liaison with various insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
- Underwriting & Application Processing: Complete and submit insurance applications to secure underwriting approvals.
- Policy Delivery & Follow-up: Ensure timely policy delivery, plan follow-up visits, and continuously evaluate evolving client needs.
- Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge by engaging in continuing education, networking, and professional organizations.
- Record Management: Oversee electronic and paper records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contracting requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- License: Active state life insurance license(s)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Background in insurance, finance, sales, or a related field preferred
- Technology Skills: Proficient with MS Office, Zoho CRM software, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
