Licensed Counselor (LBHP)

Voaok is hiring a full-time Licensed Counselor (LBHP) in Meers, Comanche County, to deliver compassionate behavioral health care that helps women and families move toward lasting recovery and healing.

About the Role

As a Licensed Counselor (LBHP) with Voaok, you will provide clinical counseling and behavioral health support to individuals and families served by our programs in Meers, Comanche County. This on-site, full-time position is well suited to a purpose-driven clinician who believes that meaningful change is achievable for every person who walks through our doors, and who wants their daily work to touch the mind, body, heart, and spirit of those they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct counseling sessions and behavioral health services for women and families in our care.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment and recovery plans.
• Assess client needs and document clinical progress in line with program and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a mission-focused, multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective, whole-person care.
• Support clients through recovery and healing with empathy, consistency, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) in good standing.
• Clinical counseling skills with a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach.
• Genuine compassion and a commitment to empowering women and strengthening families.
• Ability to work on-site in Meers, Comanche County, on a full-time basis.
• Strong communication, documentation, and team-collaboration abilities.
