Mercor is seeking an Expert Psychologist to create original psychology questions, rate question difficulty, and provide Chain-of-Thought solutions. The ideal candidate has a PhD, PsyD, or doctoral candidate in Psychology or a closely related field, with a strong command of graduate-level psychological theory, research methodology, and empirical literature.

- PhD, PsyD, or doctoral candidate in Psychology or a closely related field
- Strong command of graduate-level psychological theory, research methodology, and empirical literature
- Excellent written English and ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Clinical licensure or research publications in psychology
