What We're Looking For Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar association. Prior experience providing legal counsel in a corporate, in-house, or related practice setting, ideally with exposure to commercial matters. Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers. Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment under time constraints, and maintain confidentiality.
