About the Role

As a full-time Legal Assistant supporting our Foreclosure and Default Operations group, you will be an essential contributor to our default services, creditor-rights, and real estate litigation practice. Your accuracy and organizational discipline will directly influence how efficiently cases move forward, strengthening both client confidence and the firm's results. This is an on-site opportunity in Sunrise, Florida, ideal for a focused professional who excels in a high-volume, fast-moving legal setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and paralegals throughout the foreclosure and default litigation lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and case correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain and update case files, tracking deadlines and procedural milestones to keep matters on schedule.
• Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and third parties to ensure timely follow-through.
• Assist with creditor-rights and real estate litigation matters as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing precise, error-free work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
