Leasing Manager

CAF Management is seeking a results-driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at our Addison community in the Dallas area, where strong customer service meets data-informed property management.

About the Role

As a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager based in Addison, Dallas, you will own the day-to-day leasing experience for prospective and current residents. This role blends sales, relationship-building, and administrative coordination, and is well suited to someone comfortable working with modern property management tools and digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, from inquiry and property tours to application and move-in.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation using property management software such as Onesite.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Promote available units and engage prospects through social media platforms and email outreach.
• Deliver attentive customer service that supports resident retention and a positive community reputation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Onesite or comparable property management software.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and professional email communication.
• Ability to perform the physical and administrative requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.
