Leasing Consultant

RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant in Durham, Durham County, to help connect prospective residents with apartment homes they'll love calling their own.

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant in Durham, Durham County, you'll be the welcoming face of the community and a driving force behind occupancy goals. This on-site, full-time position blends sales, customer service, and relationship-building as you guide prospects through every step of finding and securing their next home with RAM Partners, LLC. Compensation for this role is $22 to $24 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartment homes and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, qualifying prospects and following up to keep leads engaged.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screening paperwork, and lease signings.
• Support resident retention through renewals, attentive service, and a positive community experience.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and contribute to occupancy and revenue targets.
• Help keep the leasing office and model units presentation-ready for visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine, customer-first approach.
• A sales-minded, goal-oriented attitude and the persistence to follow through on leads.
• Comfort working hands-on and on-site within a fast-paced multi-family community.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and applicants at once.
• Availability for a full-time schedule in Durham, Durham County (this is not a remote position).
