We are looking for a Learning Support Manager to work with academics on assessment and learning in a rapidly changing higher education landscape. The role involves running workshops, consulting on assessment design, and supporting teachers through pilot and enterprise rollouts. The ideal candidate is pedagogy-first, AI-literate, and can hold their own in a room full of academics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years building and running learning experiences for adult learners
- Solid grounding in pedagogy, especially around assessment design and academic integrity
- Experience supporting users of a product, software or otherwise
- A track record of managing complex projects to completion, both solo and in a team
