- End-to-end deployment of Global learning courses
- Participant management and facilitator management
- Logistics and venue management
- Learning program setup and registration site management
- Supporting Global deployment projects and activities
- Running learning consumption reports
- Supporting EY Regions in deployment
- Liaising with supporting teams around learning administration
- Monitoring consumption, costs, and satisfaction
