We’re looking for a Learning & Capability Designer to support a growing healthcare and allied health organization in building engaging, scalable, and high-impact learning programs.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in instructional design or digital learning development
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or similar SCORM authoring tools
- Experience working with LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong written communication and content development skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
