Glascott Landscape and Civil Pty is seeking a full-time Leading Hand to strengthen its team in Windang, Wollongong Area on the South Coast of NSW. This on-site role suits an experienced site supervisor ready to guide daily operations for landscape and civil works across the region. Position Summary As Leading Hand with Glascott Landscape and Civil Pty you will sit at the heart of active project delivery in Windang and surrounding Wollongong Area locations. You will take ownership of crew coordination, maintain high standards of workmanship, and keep programmes moving smoothly on commercial and infrastructure sites. The position is full-time and based entirely on site across the South Coast NSW footprint.
