About the Role As a Lead-to-Cash Business Partner at BeyondTrust, you will work across Revenue Operations, Finance, Quote to Order, Order to Cash, and Customer Success to uncover business needs, shape sharply defined enhancement requests, and steer improvements through a structured Lead-to-Cash governance framework. This individual contributor, remote position lives where business process, system governance, and analytical discipline meet. We are looking for someone with keen discovery instincts, a passion for root-cause problem-solving, and the confidence to pressure-test requests before they reach the delivery pipeline. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across assigned workstreams to surface process friction, current-state pain points, and desired outcomes. Look past stated requests to diagnose the real problem, then influence and guide the right solution path. Review incoming enhancement requests for completeness, strategic fit, and impact, translating them into clear business cases with measurable success metrics. Account for end-to-end process and system effects, and weigh bugs alongside enhancements for holistic prioritization. Use high-level effort estimates to balance business value against complexity ahead of Salesforce solutioning. Act as a business process partner to the Salesforce Center of Excellence on requirements, validation, and prioritization. Maintain process documentation and Lead-to-Cash artifacts, and communicate roadmap and release updates in plain, non-technical language. Monitor process health, recommend efficiency and data-quality improvements, and apply an AI-first mindset throughout. Qualifications 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field with direct Salesforce-enabled process exposure. Strong discovery and requirements skills, with a habit of digging beneath surface-level asks to define the true problem. Solid grasp of Lead-to-Cash processes, including lead and opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and order management. Hands-on Salesforce experience in a B2B setting. A proven ability to build relationships and influence prioritization without formal authority, paired with clear written and verbal communication.
