Role Overview
As our Lead Security Analyst, you’ll play a key role in securing our Microsoft environment, including Azure, Entra ID, and IAM, while working on broader topics like incident response, tooling improvements, and DDOS investigations. You’ll help shape security from the ground up, defining how access is managed, and working closely with the Workspace Management (WSM) team.
What You Will Do
You’ll be responsible for securing our environment from the physical layer to application, designing and improving security of our Azure tenant, Entra ID, and identity and access setup. You’ll track and handle escalated alerts and incidents, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Risk and Compliance teams to maintain compliance with frameworks like ISO27001 and NIS2.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience securing enterprise environments
- Deep Microsoft security expertise
- SOC/Blue Team experience
- Security tooling and detection engineering experience
- Vulnerability management leadership experience
- Security architecture and stakeholder influence experience
