As a Lead Project Manager at PSI CRO in the US, you will balance two complementary areas of focus: hands-on project leadership and broader corporate or departmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and delivery of smaller-scale clinical projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and to specification.
- Act as project co-manager on large, complex international programs, supporting day-to-day coordination across multiple regions.
- Take secondary ownership for producing project deliverables that meet predefined quality standards.
- Carry out corporate and departmental assignments that strengthen internal processes and team capability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to keep studies aligned with objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical project management, ideally within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
- A track record of managing or co-managing international clinical projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of project deliverables and the quality requirements that govern them.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance project responsibilities with corporate and departmental priorities.
