About the Role

As a Lead HVAC Install Technician with Columbus Worthington Air, you'll take ownership of residential system installations from start to finish. Compensation & Schedule

• Annual pay range of $60,000–$100,000
• Earning potential exceeding $100,000 based on individual performance
• Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 available for candidates with 4–5 years of hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including air handlers, condensing units, and ductwork
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
• Coordinate with team members on-site to complete installations efficiently and safely
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job-site cleanliness

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in residential HVAC installation (4–5 years preferred for sign-on bonus eligibility)
• Strong working knowledge of heating and cooling systems and installation best practices
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively on a job site
• Valid driver's license and reliable work history
