As the Lead Field Service Specialist based in California, US, you will serve as the senior technical point of contact for stored energy installations supporting telecommunications and industrial customers. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate field service activities for battery and stored energy systems across customer sites.
- Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on industrial and telecom battery solutions.
- Mentor and guide field service technicians, setting the standard for quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Diagnose technical issues in the field and implement timely, effective repairs.
- Document service work, maintain accurate records, and report on system performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve service needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience servicing battery, energy storage, or related electrical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capability in a field service environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with industrial or telecommunications equipment.
- Commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout California.
- Authorization to work in the United States and a valid driver's license.
