As the lead field service diesel fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our modern fleet of earthmoving equipment across Far North Queensland. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on earthmoving equipment. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the fleet. Work closely with team members to resolve any operational issues promptly. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Requirements A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Field Service Diesel Fitter or similar role. Demonstrated ability to perform complex mechanical repairs on earthmoving equipment. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the field service industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members and clients. A valid driver’s license is essential as travel will be required within Far North Queensland.
